Monks Eleigh School has a strong PTFA who work very hard to raise money to help the school in a variety of ways. They pay for many extras that enhance the children's learning experiences, such as paying for travel costs for outings and buying equipment that we might otherwise not be able to afford. We are very grateful for their commitment and support. As a parent, you are automatically a member. Please join the meetings because we're sure you all have something to contribute.

Among the many fund raising activities they arrange are regular cake stalls at events such as end of term assemblies, as well as Barbecue/Family Fun Evenings in the September. The latter are a fanatastic chance for new parents to get to know each other and for the children to familiarise themselves with their new surroundings.

There is no 'regular' chairman as parents take it in turns to arrange meetings and events along with a very willing band of helpers.
